We conduct a thorough quality inspection of all jewellery during the packaging process, following strict procedures to ensure the highest standards are met. Please note that all packaging processes are recorded for quality assurance purposes.

Pre - Order Items 

Please note that pre-order items may take up to 3 / 4 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we process your order.

Returns / Refund Policy

In order to start a return, please email us at [riverajewelleryy@gmail.com] with your request. We will provide you with the necessary information on how to return your item. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

If you would like to return an item, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

If there are any signs that the item has been worn, tampered with, damaged, or if the original tag has been removed, it will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet our return conditions.

Please ensure that all products are undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with the original tags attached.

We offer free UK returns

Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping costs.

Please handle bracelet / necklace clasps with care. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for items damaged under these circumstances.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns / refunds. 

• Please note refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

• Gift bags are not eligible for returns / refunds.

Sale and Discounted Items

All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please ensure you select the correct ring size before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Liability Disclaimer

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit. Please note that we do not offer transit insurance. For any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier service directly. 

Jewellery Material
Our jewellery is primarily made of Stainless Steel, 925 Sterling Silver, while some items are Plated Copper. All 18K Gold Plated.

The materials used for each piece are listed in the product description,please review this information before purchasing.

Jewellery Maintenance 

Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals (perfumes, lotions, or any acidic liquids).

Remove your jewellery before sleeping.

Avoid wearing your jewellery while sweating.

Do not wear your jewellery while showering.

Periodically wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth to keep it clean.

Store your jewellery in the Rivera pouch to help reduce scratching.

• Please ensure you follow the care and maintenance instructions. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have tarnished or been damaged as a result of improper care/ handling.

Sensitive Skin 

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding metals that may cause irritation. Please carefully review the product descriptions before making a purchase. The customer is responsible for taking all necessary precautions, and we are not liable for any reactions.

Incorrect Address 

Please be advised that if an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to offer a refund once dispatched. You will be responsible for any issues related to the delivery. We strongly recommend double checking the address to ensure accurate delivery. 

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at [riverajewelleryy@gmail.com] to request a cancellation. 

All enquiries must be made via email. Please allow up to 3 working days for a response.

We operate Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
